Grizzly Fest is a quarterly, online summit for Grizzly Coalition members to become better informed about grassroots action at the local, state and national levels.
We hosted our first, online Grizzly Fest summit in October, with participation by radio talk-show host Tammy Bruce, film-maker Steve Bannon, columnist Jedediah Bila and other conservative, grassroots writers and organizers. The idea for Grizzly Fest germinated after an episode of the Roderic Deane Show, when a consensus opinion developed to hold an online event. That particular episode dealt with “The Aftermath of Sarah Saying NO” and put in motion the effort to hold the first Grizzly Fest.
What is the Grizzly Coalition?
We are a group of conservative bloggers inspired by Gov. Sarah Palin’s record of fighting crony capitalism in Alaska.
What is our mission?
To expose corruption at all levels of governance; to support and promote candidates and/or individuals who will fight for smaller, smarter, cleaner, government.
Grizzly Principles:
1. Anti-corruption
2. Fiscal common sense
3. Limited, Constitutional government
We had more than 5,000 people tune in to our last summit and we received favorable coverage about Grizzly Fest from ABC News and Forbes.
Our next summit will be Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012. The topic is Corruption Busters: Finding Real Reformers. The three segments are 1) The Watch Dogs 2) Crony Capitalism 101 and 3) Sudden and Relentless Reform.
We invite Palin supporters everywhere to listen in LIVE to this important discussion on Saturday, February 25th and to share their own ideas in our dedicated forums. An archived version of the event will be available for later listening if you miss any part of the broadcast.
So, come to GrizzlyFest.com or one of our designated host sites at the designated time and listen in. You will also get to see special video presentations and submit questions to the speakers.
